First step on the way to the second star

I have now completed the first compact seminar set by the German Association of Tour Guides on the way to my second tour guide star. On Thursday, January 14 and Friday, January 15, 2016, I was a guest at Anne’s “Speech Training” seminar with 10 other colleagues. We learned in a thoroughly enjoyable way how to warm up your voice for a long day as a tour guide in Hamburg or elsewhere and what to do if your voice threatens to give out after the fifth city tour. It was a very pleasant atmosphere and I’m looking forward to the next “Nonverbal Communication” seminar.
